While buying my family’s first home: I was in the final trimester of pregnancy with our daughter, my husband was overseas in Iraq, I was working full-time and I was truly clueless on what the process entailed. The process of buying was very smooth and I am happy to say that we were moved into our home before my husband was home from deployment and before my daughter arrived. We had another straight forward experience and were able to discuss price negotiations openly with the team who ensured that we got the best deal possible both in selling and purchasing.
